History

It's unclear how old this house actually is. It's not present on the 1913 map of Haverford Township, but is is on the 1929 map. It's also hard to track it to the original owner, as its original owner lived in a house on Mercer Road from 1916 onwards, making his moving into this home not his arrival in the Llanerch area.

Christine Harris lived in the home in 1966, and the home was sold to Marra Whalen in 1971. It went to who I presume to be the son, Martin Whalen, Jr., in 1999. He sold the home to the Kenney family in 2003 for $284,900, and in 2015, they sold the home for $325,000.
